How to shoot
- Marker and damage in the same frame, on the same flat plane.
- Camera square to the wall, no more than 15° off-normal.
- Fill 60–70% of the frame; daylight, no flash, no zoom.
- One shot at ~1.5 m, one at ~2.5 m, one close-up at ~1.0 m.
Why this sheet exists
The detector finds the four corners of the black square. Because its true size is 100 mm, pixels convert to millimetres directly — no lens calibration, no depth sensor. Upload the photo in Field capture and the measurement lands in this structure’s ledger automatically.
